HUY HOANG LOCK FACTORY (HANOI)

PROJECT INTRODUCTION & OVERVIEW

Huy Hoang Lock Factory is the 30,000 m² lock manufacturing complex of Huy Hoang Lock Co., Ltd. in Quang Minh Industrial Park, about 20 km from central Hanoi. Designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and completed in 2024, the complex comprises three factories — two running German manufacturing technology and a third using Italian technology — connected to a front multi-purpose building wrapped in distinctive concrete fins. DECONVIN E&C took part in the construction of the project.

DECONVIN CONSTRUCTION HIGHLIGHTS & CAPABILITIES:

• 30,000 m² project in Quang Minh Industrial Park, about 20 km from central Hanoi.
• Designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, with concrete louvres varying in density and angle on each elevation to manage solar gain, natural ventilation and weather protection.
• Three factories using German and Italian manufacturing technology; the main hall doubles as a museum of Huy Hoang's history and products.
• The third factory achieved LEED Gold certification at the design stage.
