The lighting manufacturing factory of Twinsel Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is located on Lot CN07, Cam Khe Industrial Park, Phu Tho Province, with a scale of 25,000 sqm. DECONVIN E&C carried out construction from contract signing on July 9, 2022 through to completion on March 24, 2023.

The complex comprises a large-span production workshop, a three-storey administrative office block, a main gate and guardhouse, and internal yards and roads, serving the production of lighting equipment and LED luminaires.

During construction, work packages were carried out in parallel — compacting the internal road subgrade, fabricating and placing reinforcement for the workshop floor slabs, and finishing the office block facade — to meet the handover schedule committed to the investor.
