On July 12, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for the SAB Industrial Factory Complex officially took place at Plot CN-03, South Zone A, Bim Son Industrial Park, Thanh Hoa Province, with a total planned area of up to 120,000 sqm.
DECONVIN E&C serves as the design-and-build main contractor for the complete architectural infrastructure, main workshop, and internal traffic system, following the 'Green Factory' and 'Smart Factory' direction set by investor SAB Industrial Vietnam.
Upon completion, the project will be among the region's largest garment accessory manufacturing facilities, as well as a landmark of green industrial architecture in Thanh Hoa.
