The Huy Hoang Lock Factory complex in Quang Minh Industrial Park, about 20 km from central Hanoi, is one of the projects DECONVIN E&C took part in constructing. Factory 3 of the complex was honored at the international Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) 2025 in the Industrial Buildings category (results announced on December 16, 2025), and has also achieved LEED Gold green building certification.

Designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten Vietnam (BEA Vietnam) and completed in 2024, the front block features a zigzag outline evoking a key — Huy Hoang's core product. Concrete louvres vary in density and angle on each elevation and are combined with aluminium-glass panels to control solar gain while making the most of natural light and ventilation.

The complex comprises three factories — two using German manufacturing technology and one using Italian technology — connected to a multi-purpose block at the front. The main hall is designed as a museum space showcasing Huy Hoang's history and products.

For DECONVIN E&C, taking part in the construction of an industrial building that meets international standards for architecture and sustainability, such as the Huy Hoang Lock Factory, demonstrates its ability to work alongside leading design firms and bring technically demanding architectural ideas to life.
