On August 11, 2026, HTVG II High Technology Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the HTVG II Factory project at Lot CN8, Yen My Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province. The ceremony was attended by HTVG leadership and staff together with partners and guests, including representatives of DECONVIN E&C — the company working alongside the investor to deliver the project.

HTVG manufactures precision engineering products including gears, automotive and motorcycle components, industrial robot parts, hot-stamped products, valve components and household appliances. The HTVG II Factory is being built to expand the company's production scale and strengthen its technological capabilities.
The project features a coordinated modern master plan that optimizes production and administrative space; a high-strength steel frame structure with a ventilated roof and natural daylighting; and integrated technical infrastructure, fire protection, power, water and wastewater treatment systems that meet demanding technical, safety and environmental standards.
