Following the groundbreaking ceremony on August 11, 2026, work on the HTVG II Factory site at Lot CN8, Yen My Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province got under way promptly. Working with the investor, DECONVIN E&C completed site levelling, temporary site facilities, and the power and water supply for construction.
By late September 2026, the project had moved into foundation works for the production workshop blocks, including piling, foundation excavation, and fabricating and placing foundation reinforcement. Work fronts are running in parallel to keep the overall project on schedule.
Workplace safety and environmental hygiene have been tightly controlled from the first days on site, with HSE procedures applied to all staff, workers, and subcontractors. DECONVIN E&C continues to work closely with the investor HTVG to ensure quality and schedule, bringing the HTVG II Factory into operation as early as possible.
